These particular items are low voltage, and require a transformer, which is sold separately and states as such on the boxes. We have them available for purchase in the same area as the lights and kits.Our return policy, which is clearly posted at each cash register states the following:"1. ALL sales are FINAL. NO material or products accepted back for credit.2. Special order items are sold on an "as is" basis. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED OR GIVEN.3. Warranties are not expressed or implied on any materials. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all materials before delivery."
