You ask whether the company had contacted me directly about my complaint. No they have not.
I would like to ask if you have any advice as to what I can do? I see there are many people that have filed complaints against Raider Publishing and many have gone unanswered. Do you have any advice for taking legal action?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Review: I am an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Florida. I am representing [redacted] of [redacted]. [redacted] paid Raider Publishing INR 24,750 and signed a contract to publish his novel on December **, 2013. The book was promised to be published within six months. Their [redacted] has been promising to send the edited book for [redacted]'s review. It was last promised on February *, 2014, where [redacted] promised the book shortly; however, that was the last communication he received from Raider. [redacted] has still not received his edited book and his emails have not been responded to since February *, 2014. [redacted] asked me if I could contact them to see what is happening. I tried calling on a few occasions to the number listed on their website and the number is no longer in service. I sent several emails and have not yet received any response. I then [redacted] Raider Publishing to find a myriad of complaints and similar stories from other customers. At this time, we are concerned that 1) [redacted] paid considerable money for a service to be rendered and it does not appear that it will occur; and 2) [redacted] is considered about his intellectual property rights. Please let me know if you have any questions.Desired Settlement: We would like to have [redacted]'s payment refunded.

Sincerely,
Review: I contracted with Raider Publishing International (RPI) to publish and market my literary fiction novel in 2014. I paid RP a total of $1,899.99 for contractual services along with another $199.00 for 10 additional copies of my book. And, to receive royalty payments from them for all book sales. My book was published in December of 2014. To date, I haven't received the 35 copies of my owed to me, any marketing for the book at all, and no royalty statement or royalties. I've been in contact with Adam S[redacted], the owner of RPI, with 0 results.Desired Settlement: Receipt of the 35 copies of my book owed to me. Receipt of all royalties owed to me. And release from my contract with RPI.
Review: After a "rough" process to get released, my book '[redacted]' was published (without notifying me) in April 2011. The e-Book was published on [redacted] in September 2011. I never received the free copies that were included in the "package" of services I purchased, nor have I seen any royalties or gotten the quarterly sales reports. I had also requested detailed promotion information, and only got told press releases were sent. I got tired of not getting answered or getting a reply from a different person that never effectively assessed or managed my requests or concerns.Desired Settlement: I would like to get a partial refund as they didn't honor contract as stipulated- except for publishing the book, which I've verified by purchasing it from different online retailers, such as [redacted], [redacted], [redacted]. They also did e-Publish on [redacted]. However, I never received my free copies of it, any royalties, promotion details, or quarterly sales reports. The only contact method that worked was email, but responses were slow and inconsistent, as well as managed by different people as time progressed.

Review: I contacted Raider publishing in 2012 to publish my book ''The American It.'' They asked me for a sum of 40,000.00 rupees and promised to edit, publish and distribute my book within and outside India. I specifically asked them whether my book would be available on [redacted] and they said it would be. I received continous emails to every little query I had as a first time author before paying them. As soon as I paid them, the communication became erratic. I had to follow up to get a reply and they would not reply for days on end. After repeated emails, I received the cover design and they told me I was to be in touch with one particular person from thereon for all my queries. Again, I would mail and they wouldn't reply. Finally, one evening I saw the book had been published without my knowledge. When I asked them about it, they had no answer. They did not send me the 5 author copies as I was promised. I bought a copy on [redacted].in and found mistakes. They refused to correct them. It has been 2 years now. I have not received my author copies nor have I received the royalty. In all this time, I have received only 3-4 sales receipts from them. I am tired of mailing them because they do not reply to my emails anymore nor do they answer my calls. I have been cheated and am disgusted at their attitude. This is my last resort in trying to get my money back. Kindly help me. I have the emails and contract to support my case.Desired Settlement: I would like Raider to refund the money I paid to publish the book as they have lied to me about the services they would provide.
Review: Raider Publications published my book titled Albagnano the Mirror a few years ago. In August 2012, I received their last communication to me by email regarding my book sales and promotional report for the July-Sept 2011 quarter. That was the last I have heard from them. I have, since that date, August 2012, written emails to Raider and tried to contact them by phone to receive news of subsequent sales and promotional reports of my book without any answer whatsoever. I need some information on the sales of my book status with Raider Publishing, which is why I am writing to you. I have paid Raider the contract fee to have my book published with them and Raider is not responding to its responsibilities in the contract. In other words, it is a breach of contract. Raider has ignored all attempts from one of their published authors to contact them and received information. I sincerely hope you can help me. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I need to know my book sales and promotional reports since the July-Sept 2011 quarter as soon as possible.

Review: I signed with Raider to have my book The Curse published. I paid them the fees and a year later I am struggling to get a response from them. I have emailed Adam several times and nothing all. This book was meant to change our lives and Raider has taken this from me and my children.Desired Settlement: I want my money back and the contract cancelled. This is time and money lost a future denied.

Sincerely,
Review: I signed a contract with Raider Publishing in April 2014. I was promised that within 12 months my book would be published. It was published in April 2015 at the 11th hour.
I was then told that by June 2015 the ebook would be available and within 4 months from April 2015 I would start to receive royalties. I have written numerous emails to Raider and they haven't responded. I haven't received the ebook link as promised and I have not received a single penny in payment for my book even though it has been selling.
I am constantly checking [redacted] and my book is sold out or on back order. I have numerous friends, family and business associates who I know for a fact have purchased my book.
I am disappointed at the unprofessional manner in which Raider have dealt with me. The constant over promising and under delivering. Unfortunately it wasn't until after I'd signed the contract and paid the money that I started to investigate more on their company.
I stressed my concerns to Adam and he reassured me that it was simply a nasty minority who were trying to cause problems.Desired Settlement: I want Raider to contact me, to give me a decisive date for the ebook and I want the regular sales reports that they promised in the contract. I want to be paid for my work, in essence. I was also promised book sales in my local bookstores in Australia.
If Raider are in extreme financial difficulty as several google searches are leading one to believe, I would like the contract to be voided and the opportunity to go to another publisher.
I'd like the 50% proceeds from my book to date thus far and I'd like to be refunded for extra $500 that I paid for the ebook as I've not received it.

Review: I signed a contract with Raider publishing to publish my book. The contract says it should be completed in 365 days. 365 days have passed and each time I e-mail I am told my manuscript is with the editors. I get this same response each time I e-mail them and it is clear by searching the internet that they do this to everyone and keep the money. I request a full refund as even when they publish peoples books people complain that they never see the royalties.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund so I can self publish my book

Sincerely,
Review: I signed a contract with Raider Publishing in June of 2011 in which they received 850.00 dollars to publish my novel. It is a three year contract and I was promised free copies of my novel upon release, but have yet to have seen any copies of my book, even though I have sent them numerous emails about it. The first few emails I sent them they responded saying they were sorry and that they would get them out to me ASAP, but as of this date I have yet to have seen anything. Now when I send them emails regarding this I do not get any responses at all. I send them at least five emails a month with no response. Also I am supposed to have access to finding out if my book has made any money and how much and have it sent to me if it has. I have yet to get any responses at all from them regarding my money for my novel, nor where to go to find out how much it has made if any.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a full refund of my money as my contract states that the publisher is to give the author five copies of the novel upon release. And author is to receive quarterly reports and since I have never gotten any of these things and no response to my emails to them I would like my money refunded. Per my contract it states that if either party does not live up to the contract then I will get a full refund, or they would keep my money and cancel. Since I lived up to my part of the contract I would like a full refund of my money as I do not feel they have done much of anything except take my money and leave me in the dark.

Review: I contracted with Raider International, [redacted], to publish my manuscript. the contract was signed on December **, 2012 and payment of $2, 298 was made. As I had signed before the end of the year, I was promissed publication by April of 2013. I finally contacted them in the middle of April as I had not heard from them since I sent threm some additional material in February. Two day after I contacted them I received an edited manuscript which contained numerous errors and was missing some material. In addition the cover design submitted by them had nothing to do with what had been agreed upon. In addition they failed to consult with a computer graphic designer we had agreed on. I lodged a complaint with them via email and did not get a response from them. In fact, I sent them 27 emails and left phone messages 17 times. When I emailed them requesting my money back they finally responded by offering me additional services. Their promises, based on past performance, are suspect. I have not signed the final release for publication and have sent them ([redacted]) a letter to terminate the contract (clause 1) and a request for the return of my money. As far as I can ascertain, [redacted] and [redacted] alone is Raider InternationalDesired Settlement: Termination of my contract with them and return of my money
