absorb moisture that is one the purposes of the product is to control moisture. The product is not intended to be used as a finished product and my come with blemishes. The product will preform as intend. I have attached a letter from the manufacture.

I paid for new and unblemished material not the awful looking stuff they used in my Barn, They would not put this in their barn so it shouldn't be acceptable for them to use it in my Barn or any consumer for this matter. They say it is not intended for a finished product well I paid for finished product. Mr Ragland told me he had the same looking insulation in his barn, but when I asked to see it he said he wouldn't be home, I told him anytime would be okay and he got mad and hung up phone He said they would send someone from the insulation company down and that hasn't happened. I just want Ragland to step up to plate and do the right thing instead of all his lies
