Review: I bought a pair of [redacted] rain-boots for $160.00.

After wearing the black platinum leather boots three times, they developed a white film. When I was able to compare the exact same boots to my sisters boots they were totally different, starting from the inside out including the height. My sister also has had her pair of boots from the actual company for over a year now and has never had this problem with the boots, if they were to get dirty all that has to be done is to whip it down with a damp towel and that was all... Obviously these boots are fake and I called [redacted] company and they told me that Ragga Muffin is not legally authorized to sell [redacted] brand in their store.Desired Settlement: I think the business had a responsibility to give me a full refund. I am not sure how many other people realized or have had the same issue as myself but I am very unhappy about this. All I want is my refund and I will never shop at that store again.
