Review: I gave a reel of film with sound and video to be transferred onto digital memory sticks.

When I went to pick up the film, I found out they did not put the sound on the transfer.

At first they told me, I was wrong that there was no sound, but after I insisted and got the owner involved. they found the sound. They kept the film and memory sticks and said they would put the sound on the sticks like it was supposed to have been. When they called me to come pick it up, they wouldn't tell me what they had done to the film, told me only that some had been worked on and the demanded another $250 in cash for work that had been estimated from the start. When I asked questions about the order, the owner went ballistic and yelled at me on the phone, called me names and then hung up on me. I have called her maybe 10 times and each time she could not have a rational conversation, demanded cash payment of $850, ($595 of it had already been charged on my credit care and collected by her)..I kept asking what I was paying for and she kept yelling and calling me derogatory things like "[redacted]". After a while I became afraid and went to the police who gave me suggestions as to what to do (like Small Claims Court, Consumer Affairs and you).Desired Settlement: Like my 16 mlm film returned. Ideally, would like film, sound, video, transferred onto the 5 memory sticks I gave them to do the work and all returned to me. If I am to pay more money for the service, want to know what was done over the original agreement and what did they do to my original film. I refuse to pay $595 in cash which has already been charged and paid for on charge card. Refuse to pay $250 extra for putting the sound on sticks since it was to be done per the original agreement.
