This company sells a decent product (smile mask), but their business practices are not up to par. I have ordered masks that were never shipped out, but they indeed took my payment. I communicated via *** messenger and had a great chat with someone who said they would send it out the next day and also send me tracking information. They told me they were a *** and seemed to have time to chat about other things and even ask for feedback on the products. I even declined their offer to refund my money because I understand everyone makes mistakes. It was a week later and I never received the tracking information and when I messaged again, no answer.
After seeing a post where the company was handing out FREE masks to the public, I was bothered. The company would not respond to me until I had posted several comments and a review to their social media pages. Once again, they were full of apologies and claiming that they are overwhelmed, backlogged and a small family business. It seems that they have time to hand out free masks and operate social media, but they can't fill paid orders? This is a disorganized business that is not being up front. If you order from them you will likely not receive the product for a month or more, maybe never. My suggestion would be for the company to post and share information about their overwhelming backlog and shipment delays, like *** does when something will not be shipped out quickly (e.g. not available for shipment until xxx) OR stop taking orders until they catch up. I do not recommend ordering from this company.
