Good Afternoon, per the email traffic below, I initially attempted to file for Ms [redacted] and after receiving a call from your office, it was determined I had not correctly uploaded the complaint Therefore a new entry was completed on 9/17/ID# [redacted] ? Attached is Rafa's Repair Order to add to the complaint which indicates Ms [redacted] to take in the car on October 2nd for her car transmission to be repaired.I hope they do not take more than a week to do the work as promised.Respectfully,? Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is almost satisfactory to meIn addition to the repair, I am requesting that (at least) an additional month warranty be included on the repaired transmission.Regards,*** ***

We at rafas tire and mufflers are working with *** *** to resolve her transmission problem .we currently have her vehicle at our shop and we removed the transmission to repair the problemWe will fix her problem at no charge and in a timely mannerWe will continue to try to help our customers with problems they encounter with their vehicles
