Last year this company installed an awning on my porch as they did with several other neighbors I was satisfied with the work they did and with the awning Due to heavy snow a couple of pieces of the awning broke off and it is not working properly now I called the company and asked them to come and repair the awning I did not expect them to do this without compensation I called them two times and both times they have declined to come and repair it Another neighbor had a similar issue and they also refused to come I payed good money for this awning and this company should have the decency to come and repair it especially when I did not demand this at no cost
