I purchased a Washer & Dryer from Radtke Appliance in Dec 2010. The Washer has never done a good job, contrary to the sales person's recommendation. However the dryer recently stopped working while I was working out of town. My wife called Radtke and they suggested a service call to look at the problem. My wife agreed and the technician came promptly. 12 minutes later, he diagnosed that I had a broken timer [redacted] and he would order promptly. After two days I picked up the [redacted] and received a $91 bill ($12 [redacted] & $75 for the 12 minute service call). I suggested to cashier/manager that this seems excessive for time, lack of any mechanical work needed. Radtke's was unwilling to adjust the bill in any manor. Considering the poor performance of the Washer for two years, and rediculous amount of charge for a 12 minute service call I would never purchase anything from Radtke Appliance again.

I very recently purchased a washer & dryer from Radtke, as I had bought a microwave, dishwasher and electric stove since moving to Oconomowoc in 2005 and have been very happy with the attention to detail that the installers showed and also the great way that the use of these products was explained, plus the fact that the clean up was spotless. I would recommend Radtke Appliance to anyone and everyone.

The installers just left after removing our old machines and installing our new washer and dryer. We were very impressed with the extreme care that was take during the entire process. Part of their install included a thorough explanation of how to use the machines and what to expect with our high efficiency washer. We were very impressed with the gentlemen that represented Radtke Appliance.
