Review: I had 2 Radon Mitigation Systems installed in my house in 2013. There was a limited lifetime warranty on the systems.

I do yearly radon testing and last year I found a higher level than deemed safe by DEP. I contacted them and they said to run a long-term Radon Testing for at least 3 months.

I purchased a new long-term radon test and after 9 months, I sent it in for testing and the result is still high.

I tried to contact the company via phone and emails and all contacts are disconnected. Checked with Revdex.com and they said that there is no record that this company is out of business.

My next step is to file a complaint.Desired Settlement: For them to honor the warranty and correct the issue.

Review: A radon mitigation system was installed in my home April 2016, at the expense of [redacted], whom Sold me the house May 2016. I was notified by the PA DEP that I should contact the company to have a follow up radon test done to ensure that the system is actually working. I attempted to contact the company at three different phone numbers, and they are all reporting out of service. I am concerned, because outside of this current request, I was of the understanding that there was life time warranty on the systems materials. Is this company legit, or did the people that sold me my house get scammed???Desired Settlement: I would like contact with the company so they can complete follow up radon testing levels and for any concerns in the future about the warranty.
