Review: I was told the seals around the fan had a lifetime warranty. Only months after it was installed the seal burst a hole which is allowing the radon gas to partially vent at a ground floor window, rather than above the roof line. I have made multiple attempts to schedule them to come out and repair the seal, so far no one has come. They seem willing to help, but for some reason each time they tell me someone will come out to make the repair, no one ever does.Desired Settlement: Come out and repair the hole that has developed in the seal around the fan motor.
