Radix Property Group

I along with 2 other roommates moved out of an apartment leased under Radix Property Group at the end of July. In our lease, there was no information pertaining to moveout day. Specifically, there was no information about when a moveout inspection would occur, our responsibilities as lessees in moving out, and if there would be a fine. When we received our security deposit a month ago, Radix had taken $1000 of $1700 for cleaning purposes. The apartment was not tidy when we left, but does not need $1000 to be cleaned. There are other issues I have with Radix. We initially signed our lease with a group called *** Property Management, and they unexpectedly and without notification to the tenants, gave management to Radix in the beginning of May. Other tenants have reasonable suspicion that the woman in charge of *** is married to the man in charge of Radix. Other tenants have also reported suspicious activity with regard to Radix withholding their security deposits.
