I am so confused by Radius Holdings LLC!

On Oct 19, 2021, I received an offer for Radius Holdings' rewards club with a knee brace I purchased online. I thought Radius Holdings must be a legitimate company, so I signed up for the trial period. Then I researched the company's reviews and found they are horrible--no good ones at all. Sent a letter canceling my account on November 2, 2021. Then I was hospitalized, had to deal with serious life-threatening health issues instead of this. A few weeks ago, in March of 2022, I was analyzing all of our accounts for tax deductions (had over $30,000 in out of pocket medical expense deductions, although I have health insurance). I felt so angry when I found that RH LLC/PR Rewards had not canceled my account and had charged me $24.95 for the past five months. I was finally able to get my account canceled, then I provided proof that I'd canceled before the trial period ended to [email protected]. The only response was that I'd sent a blank email, which I had not done. I have serious health issues that could can kill me--especially when under stress. I explained this in my email, but RH LLC doesn't care. Event though I've sent and resent proof that I canceled my account within the trial period, RH LLC refuses to acknowledge the proof I sent and refund my money. I have huge medical bills and am disabled and need this money, but RH LLC doesn't care. When my heart fails, RH LLC will be sued by my family and friends--all of whom know what RH LLC has done to me.
