Review: I was invited to take a survey about [redacted] and my experience with them and in return I would be sent a $40 online Visa Gift Card 8-10 weeks from the end of february. It never came and they never addressed my e-mail to their customer service as to where it was or why it was late or if it was coming at all.Desired Settlement: My $40 gift card and an apology.

I successfully completed the survey but have never received the [redacted] card.
