the bride and grooms request (as details changed (I.e. number of guests, on-site ceremony, etcetera)I. The final banquet event order was presented to Ms. [redacted] at a late date because she chose to amend the bar offerings from the previously agreed upon "cash bar" to the hotels "premium open bar" package just 2 days prior to the event date (the event date was October 27, 2017). The "premium" 11st of liquors Is Included In this letter. The hotel required full payment for this event no less than four days prior to the event taking place (as stated on the signed wedding terms and conditions page). Despite not receiving payment as outlined on the signed terms and conditions document, the hotel, in good faith, allowed the event to proceed and all agreed upon food and beverage services were fully provided (as Indicated on the Banquet Event Order #[redacted] & [redacted]). After the event took place, the hotel sent numerous emails to the email address on file requesting payment without a response. The hotel also attempted to call the phone numbers on file In an attempt to procure payment. Finally, the hotel billed the credit card on file on 11/6/17 (a full 10 days after the event took place). The hotel staff has communicated to Ms. [redacted] on several occasions that a billing adjustment will not be offered as the issues presented are invalid.
