So I'm having a wedding June 3rd told them having around 250 guest so blocked rooms. I am the bride was going to stay 4 nights and 1 extra night for fiance night before wedding so we would be charged 5 nights technically. Our bill alone should be more than $800 you would think they would not talk down or nasty and cocky with a guest who is referring her other friends and family to stay there and who's bill alone is so high. I delt with Jenna my card was charged she kept interrupting me wouldn't let me talk I literally had to beg her to reimburse my card and praise her to get my money. She was so nasty made me cry. Most hotels charge after check out was upset they charged card and was giving back rude comments after calling complaining. First few times I called Janice kept me hold over half an hour than hung up on me twice. Than asked for manager was given Jenna and she was way worse. So unprofessional and need to work of customer service skills. They lost us and probably over $4000 worth of services I rather find another hotel than deal with them. Plus they don't even give free breakfast it's $15 a person for all that money you think you were staying downtown Chicago. Also they said they were giving me a discount since I'm having so many people stay there ha ha ya right priceline.com has them for so much cheaper than what they were giving me. Damn you would think they would offer the bride and groom some kind of thing for choosing their hotel for them and there guest but nope. Read other negative reviews and I should of listened and take business elsewhere , you been warned watch out !!
