I would like a refund for the stay and the bad service I received on my birthday 1/18 and 1/19. There were many issues left unsolved. 1. Front desk booked me under the wrong name. 2. Front desk clerk *** was very rude and unprofessional. 3. *** then put me in room 109 and the television didn't work and he said there were no maintenance on site so he couldn't fix it. 4. *** moved us to room 111 and then my guests and I went to the pool and there were no pool towels or dry towels. *** said that housekeeping wasn't on site. 5. The dining room was closed early after we asked *** if it would be open for me and my party guests (of 10) once we were done swimming. 6. Room 111 toilet *** was broken. 7. Overnight while asleep in room 111 the toilet over flowed leaving feces on our floor and we had to use our rooms towels to clean the floor cause there was no housekeeping or maintenance. 8. The pool had plastic and all sorts of debris floating in it. 9 there was never any management onsite. 10. There was a man smoking marijuana in the pool area. I have tried to reach out to management several times for reconciliation of our issues and was unable to until today January 27, 2020. I have decided to filed a complaint with the Revdex.com, and am seriously considering filing a civil suit on every issue I had here, if I do not hear from you by January 31,2020 The Radisson made my 47th birthday party and the stay for myself and my guest of 10 a nightmare. Credit has been issued to this guest,
she wants the credit to go to a different card, I will certainly issues a credit to the card she wishes once the reversal of the credit is put to the original card that credit was issued to. *** cannot receive a credit on 2 credit cards when she only paid 1 time.

The card that was used to pay for the room was my master card ending in 7275 and they charger me and additional 77.00 on card ending 3885. They only refunding me 195.00 for the room and put it on the wrong card and did not refund the other amount which I believe I am entitled to due to the bad customer service, over flowing toilets, no manager responses, no clean towels, no maintenance, lost of property and no return calls,drugs on the premises. I feel they do not value their customers and this happen over a month ago and still is not resolved, I have not received one call from manager in response to this not even an apology.
