Front desk person barely said a few words to us, I don't even recall a hello, just can I get your credit card after us saying we're here to check inMy wife and I walked into an "upgraded room" because the few words that came out the front desk was you can get an upgraded room, let me get back your credit card, that upgrade smelled like cigarettes and there was an adjacent door in the room that they failed to just let us knowI tried to open the door, it was shut, boltedNeither I nor my wife could open this door, so I felt silly for even being upset about itWe went out for dinner, something felt wrong, we went back to our room to find a man in thereI called security, they sent bullies all male no manager and didn't help us take our belongings when they did move our floor and roomThey ended up giving me another room with an adjacent door, I was pissed and security told me that no one knows which room has or doesn't have the adjacent door in it, that's just silly to even say
