before I bought my [redacted] fishfinder from Radioworld my good friend had an issue with his fish finder, he talked to Jack which he met on the Bay of Quinte, told him he worked there, he went over to check out his unit to see what the problem was, was not familiar with the issue at hand, because of his contacts, he called a [redacted] rep , and together they solved the problem, now my friend never even bought the unit there, and yet Radioworld rep helped him out to solve the issue, never charged him a dime , was very friendly and very helpful, solved his problemNow that's customer service beyond the call of duty Would I buy a product there after what I witnessed ?....You bet , and I have bought several items there from Marine radios, life jackets, Golight, and my new [redacted] fishfinder, I always make sure I visit them and any of the sportsman or boating shows that I go to
