Radiology Imaging Consultants

I received a bill from them on 7/27/I paid it promptly $with my credit cardWhen I called because the insurance also paid it I was told it takes 4-weeks to refund back on my cardAs of this date 9/27/I still DO NOT have my $$ back on my cardTalking to representatives and Supervisor Nicole resolved nothing other then it should be back on my card in a couple days! I also wrote a letter but obviously no one cares enoughI did my part paying my bill, why can't they!!!!!
Its too bad when you don't have a choice when you go to the hospital for xrays
