AFter investigation on account *** transactions, it was discovered that the payment of $in March of was applied to the wrong patient account; the payment has now been applied to the correct account and removed from the account where it was placed in error. A statement with
a $balance has been sent to the patient address and should be recevied very soon. We do apologize for the error and have sent the statement out to the patient for verfication of account reconciliation
