Radiology and MRI of Bethlehem

Review: Visited facility on 10/21 for a shoulder MRI. Technician was friendly and helpful. Removed wallet, phone, objects in pockets, belt as instructed and locked in supplied locker approx 10' from MRI.After visit noticed ALL my credit cards, gift cards, drivers license , etc. was not working. Completely dead, or more likely magnetized /erased. Had a business trip next day, was VERY difficult to travel with no mangnetic strips working at all. Estimated wasted time of 4 hours waiting for stores, airlines, car rentals ETC to try and enter manually. Almost missed my plane because of it. Talked with Receptionist, sent me to [redacted] in AP,on 10/30. Promised someone would get back to me.This issue needs to be addressed for safety adn risj to others and the problems it causes as it issue not easy to redo ALL your cards and not be warned that this could happen. I lost Over $100 in gift cards and much lost time. They wont respond.Desired Settlement: I was willing to settle for an apology and assurance that it would be looked into so it doesnt happen again. At this pont because they are being defensive and non responsive , I want my gift cards re-imbursed and assurance that this will be take care of for future customers.
