Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Good evening,I have read and received the emails from the business in question, however, the manager along with his employee stated to me a day return of any item ,which again their policy does not state So yet again in my opinion it was an attempt to defraud me from getting my refund back, until I contacted consumer affairs and Revdex.com The lights that I have was never installed Because of the fact that I had to go to these extreme measures to get my refund back, I am requesting a FULL REFUND Because you made no attempt after our initial conversation to contact me back or try to make things right This is not good business practice under no circumstances no matter how big or small the dollar amount is Sincerely, [redacted] ***

their policy does not state.  So yet again in my opinion it was an attempt to defraud me from getting my refund back, until I contacted consumer affairs and Revdex.com.    The lights that I have was never installed.  Because of the fact that I had to go to these extreme measures to get my refund back, I am requesting a FULL REFUND.  Because you made no attempt after our initial conversation to contact me back or try to make things right.  This is not good business practice under no circumstances no matter how big or small the dollar amount is.
