Went by this establishment today to buy a filter for a popular brand of water filtering system Owner did not know the brand but since I brought in the old filter, he assured me that a filter he had would work Filter $ Took filter home, removed from wrapping (cellophane) to insert into the housing and it would not fit Way too big around Had receipt and took back to dealer Dealer advised he could not return my money because I had unwrapped the filter How can I see if it fits if the wrapping is still on?? Left establishment and the filter I bought An hour later, dealer calls to tell me that he would sell me a container that would fit the filter I purchased So, the dealer recommends a filter to use based on the size of the old filter I brought in, take it home, it doesn't fit and then will not return my money with a receipt? Has the feeling of a "bait and switch" tatic I do not recommend this business to anyone looking for a fair deal

Took filter home, removed from wrapping (cellophane) to insert into the housing and it would not fit. Way too big around. Had receipt and took back to dealer. Dealer advised he could not return my money because I had unwrapped the filter. How can I see if it fits if the wrapping is still on?? Left establishment and the filter I bought.
