Radiant Revive advertise a trial for $4.95 for anti-age face cream and $4.95 bright eyes serum. Customer only pays shipping. After I purchased, I received billing for $88.95 and 88.47 and it was not a trial size--but a full size product. I called to dispute - but they stated I had to cancel within 14 days. This is misleading advertising. I could not return the product after 14 days, even when it was unopened. I have since received multiple charges (3 times) of $4.95 for a "Rewards Program which I NEVER signed up to received. I was credited once I complained to the company after I provided a cancellation number. However, I received a new charge of $4.95 again this month! This has been a frustrating experience, time-consuming with multiple calls to Radiant Revive, speaking with supervisors and customer service agents. I would not recommend this product to anyone due to their false, tricky advertising and poor followup in customer service. Total erroneous charges $183.37

I am rejecting this response because: I have attached every charge, credit and bank adjustment (from disputes) from my bank and Radiant Revive.

Radiant Revive response inaccurate. I disputed the charges of $88.95 and $88.47 on March 7 through my bank, ***. They made a "temporary purchase adjustment" (see bank statement on March 7)) while it was reviewed by Radiant Revive. However, after my bank received a letter from Radiant Revive with the "cancellation policy", my bank rebilled me for the charges on March 20 $88.47 and March 21 for $89.95.

There was NEVER a credit from Radiant Revive for $88.47 or $89.95. The only credit from Radiant Revive was the "Rewards" credit of $4.95 on April 11.

I disputed because of false advertising.

I am rejecting this response because: False advertising is unacceptable. I have read numerous complaints to Revdex.com and online about misleading advertising and poor customer service. I did try to return the product and was told I could not return it as well. If this is our practice, the only other option would be that other customers read reviews and not purchase anything from your company.

I ordered two facial products promoted as free samples. The only stated cost was for shipping. All I was interested in was the free samples, but additional product arrived and charges showed up on my credit card totaling almost $400. I called Radiant Revive on April 21,2018, and I was told there is a two-week time in which to cancel; otherwise, product will be sent and charges incurred. When I ordered the free samples, nowhere did I see any indication of additional product and charges. The product I have received is unopened, but the company will not accept any returns. I have asked RR to cancel what turned out (unknown to me) to be a subscription for future product, and they accepted the cancelation. However, because of the deceptive promotion of their product, I don't have a lot of confidence that the cancelation of future product will be honored. The RR representative said I am responsible for the charges to this point. I have disputed the charges with my credit card company. The promotion of these products is totally deceptive.

I thought I was ordering a free trial,. I received two items, Radiant Revive Cream and eye serum. Then a few weeks later I received another shipment of the same items. When I got the bill I was charged full price for both shipments. I certainly did not order the 2nd shipment, and did not expect to be charged for any of these products although I agreed to pay shipping on the first set. I would like to have my money refunded. I did contact the company but have not heard back.

I did order a trial of this crème. I also sent a notice to delete future orders, within the 14 day period. I was billed 89.95 instead. I never received the product, so I would like to have the $89.95 refunded to my credit card.

The website offers a free sample of the face cream and eye serum at a shipping and handling cost, then bills for the full size product saying that their system calls is a free 14 day trial period and that if the order wasn't cancelled within the 14 day trail period you are billed $88.47 for one product and $89.95 for the second product. I am sure that the order page does not present this information but because I have already ordered the trail product once their online system will not allow me to go through the process again (in order to print out the pages). I emailed requesting a refund and was directed to call customer service. Asked for a refund assuming that I had been billed for a second shipment and the agent was able to cancel future shipments only. Spoke with customer service again today because I was billed a second time and agent said I was billed full price for the two bottles of products I had already received. Declined to offer a refund. This process was wholly misrepresented through their online ordering page.

This company offered free samples with only shipping and handling charged. They then charged me TWICE for $89.95 and $88.47. When I called to complain they removed one of the sets of charges but did not tell me there was ANOTHER set of charges. My bill just came. This is SUCH A scam!! I can't believe businesses can get away with this kind of thing. So criminal.

I only received a PARTIAL refund. They charged me $89.95 on 3/16/2018 and $88.47 on 3/17/2018, Then charged me again $89.95 on April 2 and $88.47 on 4/3/2018. They refunded my $88.47 and $89.95 on 4/8/2018. I NEVER agree to ANY CHARGES other than the initial shipping-only offer, as I have seen in numerous other complaints against this company on your site and other internet sites. This is a common problem with this company and it is completely fraudulent. I NEVER agree to any of this. In fact they called me again after this complaint was submitted to try to get me to take back my claims. Unbelievable that companies can get away with this.

I ordered the 'free' trial and received both cream and eye cream. The eye cream made my eyes water and the cream caused red, itchy spots on my faceI returned the next order which came in only 3 weeks instead of - as advertised every 30 days. The next order I returned with a tracking # and wrote them a cancellation letter Jan 18 for any further orders. Nevertheless, this GREEDY company kept on shipping so that at the end I had to cancel my credit card in order to stop delivery. The outstanding charges are now
$535.26
for which I received 1 cream and 1 eye cream (not working at that). Radiant Revive owes me the total of $535.26 due to their noncompliance of my
cancellation letter and their product being defective.

The requested refund is $535.26. Radiant Revive refunded $89.95 on 4/19/18 to my credit card. As stated before I cancelled and returned all their

creames - yet they continue to insist on the total amount. I do not have the merchandise and the 1.st creame and eye lotion did not agree with my skin

and caused problems. Therefore it would have been impossible for me to keep any further products from Radiant Revive.

Also, I did write to the FDA to let them know of my bad experience and reaction with this cream and lotion.

I contacted radiant revive because I was charged for the product that I refused at the time of delivery and cancellled immediately. First they said they didn't receive the cancellation on time and I did cancelled immediately then they said that they had re-shipped the product and they said that accoirding to the tracking # it showed that the product was atb my home. In short they said that they would not refund the charges of
$89.95, $88.47 and $4.95 because I didn't cancel on time and that I had it at my home. the name of the so called supervisor was Natasha, very rude and refused to cancel to which I said I would file a complaint with facebook since it's where I saw their advertisement. I also said I would write a bad review, I haven't yet, but I will. It is not right that I hve to pay for something I don't have or used for that matter. I read that there are lots of complaints similar to mine, and you were able to resolve favorably to the consumer. Please contact this company, it's scamming many of us and it just isn't right. On 2/26/2018, I ordered a sample product where I pay the shipping from Radiant Revive (***). Approximately one week later, I received the small sample product. Nothing about the packaging nor the website suggests a subscription/auto delivery. The product did not work for me and since nothing indicated a repeat service, I just went on about my life. On 03/12/2018, I was charged $89.95 by Radiant Revive. I went onto the website to look for a phone number and could not find one. I also checked the packaging for a number, there was none. So, I called my bank and they said that I needed to call the company immediately to cancel service. The bank had to hunt down the phone number for me, after which I called to cancel. They offered me numerous discounts, I said no. I received my cancellation numbers and the representative said, "Good luck getting your money back. We haven't been in business for 15 years by giving money back." Bank had to wait until the charges moved from pending to complete before they could dispute. Dispute is still ongoing and I never received the product they charged me for. I will not be charged for products I neither purchased nor received.

Advertised sample using celebrities who I believe are not using this product.
I agreed to $4.95 for each product (2 products) sent.
Noted a charge of $89.95 x2 on credit card, then immediately received 2 of the same products and had 2 more $89.95 charges.
I called and was informed that I signed a contract for $89.95 for each product.
I DID NOT KNOWINGLY SIGN ANY CONTRACT FOR THIS AMOUNT OF MONEY.
I have not opened products. they refused to give me an address to take them back and stated they are a no refund company. I checked their website and they do state on website that they offer refunds. I cancelled my services confirmation #***. I contacted my credit card to dispute charges and was required to change my credit card.

Completely deceptive! I understood that I could try their free sample as long as I paid for the shipping. Got the items in the mail, still haven't used them. When I received a 2nd shipment in the mail, I checked to see if my credit card had been charge. Holy crap! I have 4 charges for $88 & $89 each within the last week! Tried to call the company and sat on hold for 10 minutes, so I called my credit card company to dispute charges. I'm not paying for any of this junk.

I believe this company is fraudulent. I believed I was ordering a sample product which arrived without any information about returning the product if you were dissatisfied. I did receive an e-mail from the company and requested return information and I never received a reply. They then shipped a duplicate product and this time had a contact number. I told the representative that I wanted to return the product and was told they do not accept returns. The duplicate product is sealed and the carton is intact. Beware of this company. I will be forced to keep a product I do not want and will have to pay for. This company should be investigated for fraud..

I ordered the trial size offer on Dec. 8, 2017. They charged my card on the 15th day after that for the 1st shipment $89.00. Total of 3 payments:
of $89.95 on Dec. 21, 2017 & $88.47 on Dec. 23, 2017, $88.95 Jan. 7, 2018.
I did not receive the products after the 1st trial size.
No customer service number is provided on the invoice. After some difficulty, I did find it on the computer. The agent did not offer a refund, only a discount if I bought more of the product. No expiration date was ever given or discussed with me.

I have the same complaint as every person that has submitted a review. I thought this was a free sample for $4.95 and was told I only have to pay the shipping &TAX. Fine!!! I did not agree anywhere to automatic charges on my Credit Card!! " I am ***" and I let customer service know it today!! I advised him I called last week and told them I never opened the new boxes that arrived and I would be sending them back and to please credit my account when they receive it. She offered no solution or confirmation! I called back today 4-11-18 after receiving my credit card bill for a total of $356.00 charges of this product I AM ***!!! I proceeded to tell him I DO NOT want this product and I will be sending it back...He told me they have a NON RETURN policy. Who does that! Terrible business ethics! I will send back this last shipment and I advised customer service to make that note and I expect a complete credit to my account. BTW...Your customer service offered no apologies to this dissatisfied customer!!!!

Skin Care Free Trial Scams. I've been scammed by a free trial for a wrinkle cream by (what they call themselves now) "Radiant Revive ". It was an ad with the product description and a button: "Order Now" risk free, free trial only pay shipping cost of $4.95 x 2 for two types of cream. So I was dumb enough to "order" the samples and "signed up" myself (how I've discovered later) for a monthly supply of a "wonderful anti wrinkle product" for $200 a month (!) Obviously I didn't receive no terms and conditions, no cancellation policy and NO SAMPLES (just full sized product for $210). I've realized it when saw multiple charges on my credit card : $4.95, $4.95, $2 (expedite shipping!) $98.99 and $89.99 plus same set of charges which were pending!!!! I immediately filed fraud dispute with my bank and asked to cancel pending charges, but unsuccessful, I was told that scammer sent them proofs with my authorization for those illegal charges, but bank didn't show those proofs to me. And they are not able to stop charges by customer request (!??). So, by clicking suspicious ad I let scammers to steal my credit card, my bank refused to help (at least to stop pending charges of $210) and I end up paying for my "online shopping experience" $420.

I’m not satisfied with the “Business Response” because none of my Desired Settlements were met.

The scammers or how they call themselves “Radiant Revive” called me next day after their response to Revdex.com was posted and offered to send me more of their product instead of full refund. I clearly explained that I need my stolen money back, not their product. And I’m ready to send their unopened/packaged product back to them if needed. They tried to apologies but I patiently explained that it’s not what they promised in their written response to Revdex.com. Never heard back from them since.

There are no refunds on my bank account. Obviously they didn’t return money stolen from me. I afraid that after that so-called “business” will receive a certain quantity of complaints they will change their name and move on - continue to steal money unpunished. To add more to it. Their product is listed $0 on their website (see attached screen shot), so why they charge almost $90 per each? Misleading ad, misrepresentations and lies, stealing and humiliating from their "customer service" - good job, scammers!

The policy is no more than 7 days and as per policy we can only refund for your more recent purchases within that cycle, which states that if you do not want the product contact us within that time frame and you did not do so. I double checked with my Bank. I have NO REFUNDS from Radiant Revive, not a penny.

Hey, "business" why are you lying? First you lied to me by promising a full refund of $420, now you are lying that you’ve refunded me for half amount.

Please, just admit that you are liars, you are scamming people, steal money from naïve women. Just tell me that I will never see my stolen money. The end.

I've called my bank, spoke with the customer service rep, was clearly told that there are no refunds posted from the scammer. Not on 03/23/2018 and 03/24/2018, not on other days/dates.

I even have connected with the Bank Security Agent (the fraud case "dispute" investigator) and she reassured me that Radiant Revive never refunded (even a penny) back to my account.

Plus, want to add, I wanted ALL my money back $89 x 2 times and $99 x 2 times, not just half.

By you having a chargeback on your account the bank took the money and put it back in your account which means you would have to talk the bank about your refund. A chargeback on your account means the bank is in sole control of your account and we do not have any control of your refund. I am rejecting this response because: Radiant Revive stole my money and now trying to lie and lie and lie again about mysterious refund they are "trying" or "going to issue" I didn't receive any refunds. My bank is *** and it is trustworthy financial organization throughout every state in USA , they DO NOT steal from their clients.

Send me a check (you know my address), so that way we all will be able to see a proof of your refund. Or stop, please, stop lying and treat us here as a bunch of naive stupid people.

GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. EVERY PENNY. I HAVE TO WORK HARD TO GET THIS AMOUNT IN A WEEK!

Revdex.com agent, if you'd like to see an official letter from *** about "no refund from such and such business", I think I can get it. Please, let me know.

Hi there!

As I already mentioned in my original request, my bank closed my dispute because Radiant Revive have sent them signed agreement (they never showed it to me though).

It is not true-I didn't sign anything.

As you also can see from my original request the scammer is hiding all rules, conditions and cancellation policies upon signing up for a free trial.

I sent my complaint to Revdex.com in hope that if my story will published other victims would add their stories-comments and potential victims of Radiant Revive SCAM will be alerted.

Soon after I received very unexpected "nice" reply from the "business" that they are "sorry" and ready to refund me all my money in exchange for a positive feedback. Refund never happened.

I've been tricked, robbed, laughed on by their phone customer service and left without a refund. The End.

This company is a total rip off. Before I could even open my “free” sample, they had shipped a second jar of their useless product to the tune of nearly $90. And they keep shipping them. I have been out of the country so didn’t realize this. I sent unopened boxes back to the company and called them to have the charges taken off my bill but they said they wouldn’t be able to refund them since this is a skin care product. Their deceptive advertising is a real scam and they should be shut down completely! I am thoroughly disgusted with their shoddy business ethics.

This company is only wants your money. When I called and tried to return the product, which in my opinion, was no better than something you could get at ***, they refused me because I filed a dispute with my credit card company. They went on to tell me that If I hadn't filed the complaint, they would have refunded me, no questions asked. I don't believe that for a second. To top it off, when I did return the product, they refused to acknowledge receipt of it. They wouldnt tell me the date of receipt and were rude and evasive about it. The representative was so rude and uncooperative that I shaking with anger. No customer should ever have to be treated to such frustration.

This company is nothing but a rip off. Orderd samples of cream. Should have beem $4.95 plus S&H. Was soon charged $180 before I even had time to try the cream. Called to complain only to have them offet me other discounts. Spoke to 3 different people. They refused to refund my money. Despite me reading them back their terms. Which states there is a 14 day trial plus 4 days for tramsit. That is a total of 18 days. I called well within that time. They still refused to refund my money. I hope this place gets shut down nefore too many others lose their money.
