I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
However, how we were instructed to build a platform was not compliant with city code and therefore, we failed the first inspection. Radiant Lighting initially quoted us $to come bring the project to code but resolved the issue after I complained to the electrical board nearly months after the initial work was complete.

This customer has been taken care of and her inspection has it's final from the city. Her husband was supposed to build a platform under the service and was instructed as to how before inspection was called. We have since done it for them and the work is complete. We were in
contact with them throughout the entire process
