Dear [redacted] , I am truly sorry to hear about your accident and long recovery. I have... been out of the country since your last email and see them now upon returning home. On 6/13/13 you purchased a discounted 15 class card ( usually $270) your price $229.50. You have taken 11 classes of the 15. Typically a 6 month card which is a 15 class card has a expiration of 6 months, we extended it for a additional 11months already. I have no problem extending your expiration for another 6 months ( total extension 17 months) for you to use the remaining 4 classes on your non refundable class card. I will need to have a doctors note stating that you were injured during this time frame. I apologize that I can not refund any money, if you were to pay per class ( 11 classes) at $24 per drop in rate, you would be at $264 and you paid $229 for a 15 class card. You were given a introduction deal. Again, please forward me the doctors note referencing to your injuries and I will be more then happy to extend the membership for you. Also, I apologize if you felt you were not treated with the upmost kindness and care from my staff. We truly are grateful for every single student that walks through our doors. I would love to meet you in person and invite you to one of my classes free of charge. I hope you are on a path of speedy recovery and I look forward to meeting you. In gratitude, [redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Response : I have requested for a refund of the classes I did not use . If this company , especially since it is a yoga studio , does not understand when someone has a car accident completely out of their control as I was hit by 2 motor vehicles on the highway , is not willing to refund money it shows this is not the kind of yoga establishment I ever want to go back to when my brain and neck are recovered . They are only about money and not someone's well being . This is completely opposite of what a yoga studio should stand for . I also do not want to go back to a place that treats people the way I was treated . AND , why is it that once I sent a complaint to the Revdex.com that I finally get a response . I have been emailing since December 29, 2014 .
Regards,

Review: I have requested in writing for months that I be refunded for the classes I was not able to use . I was in a bad car accident and had not been able to go to Radiant Hot Yoga for a while and when I felt I was ready to try again I called and spoke to a young lady ( name withheld for privacy issues but I do have emails confirming our conversation ) and she said that I could start back because I had a lot of classes remaining on the package I purchased ( not a [redacted] ) . I started to go back slowly but after a few classes I needed to have 3 cervical epidurals from my car accident injuries . When I called to see if I could get my classes reimbursed because I was not going to be able to go to Radiant Hot Yoga for a while the different person told me that it was too bad and I will just loose my classes and money . I have emailed the owner a few times and no one is getting back to me . For a place that is supposed to stand for everything yoga is about , this place seems to just want your money .Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the classes I did not use . I purchased my package and it was not a [redacted] special . Again , I have emailed the owner a few times and she has not responded .
