Review: A gift certificate was purchased on May 10, 2014 for 5 car washes. The remainder now shows $79.95. The business has new owners, so I was told. The name and phone number stayed the same. My certificate was not honored. I called several times in order to speak to the owner and left my number and name. There was no response. It has been 2 weeks now.I was under the impression that according to the law the liabilities are being transferred in a sale.What should I do?[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like the remainder of $79.95 refunded, since it would be out of the question that I take my car there to be cared for.
