Review: I purchased a $ 125.00 dollar gift card for my daughter. I paid $ 125.00 for it. The gift card expired on 12-*-14. My daughter moved to Virginia to go to college and was unable to get back in time to use the card by 12-*-14. I called Radiance to extend the time since my daughter was able to use it the week of 1/**/15 - 1/**/15. The girl at the front desk was not able to help and wanted me to speake with the [redacted]. After several visits and "lost" messages, I was finally able to speak with the [redacted] who said she would only give me $ 50.00 toward the gift card that I paid $ 125.00 for. She explained that she bought the business in December and was not responsible for honoring the gift card. I believe she is still responsible for the debts of the business since she bought the entire business and did not change the location or the name. The card number is: [redacted], exp 12-*-14Money does not expire. I think the law states that I have 5 yrs from the expiration date on the card. Please let me know if this true.Thank you for your help.Desired Settlement: I would like a new gift card issued for $ 125.00.
