Continues to send mass marketing emails after repeated attempts to "unsubscribe" and even direct contact with the director of alumni relations via email, who assured me that the situation would be remedied.Desired Settlement: Fix your mass mailing system so that you are in compliance with requests to unsubscribe and the CAN-SPAM Act.

Our research did pull up anemail address matching the one provided.
