I ordered a lift from this company on 8/30/17. I paid $5945 for it. They told me I had to pay half down to order it. They charged $3270 which is over half. The salesman, ***, told me it would be ready in six weeks. Once I ordered it I didn't receive anything. I called and they sent me an invoice 3-4 days later. I called and they told me it may be seven weeks. Last Monday 10/30, I got a call from my credit card company and was told this company tried to charge $29000 to my card and they stop the transaction. I called this company and they told me they accidentally added another zero. It got cleared up with the credit card company. But I didn't owe $2900 so he charged the right amount. They told me they would send me the tracking number and I didn't receive it. Now they are saying they are waiting for a new part. They said it would definitely ship out on 11/6. I didn't receive a tracking number. I haven't heard from anybody.
I called November 7th and requested to speak with the owner and received a call back on the 9th. He said if it did not ship by the 11th I will receive a refund of the final charge $2675. It was shipped the 13th from California. Prior to ordering the lift, *** told me it will be shipped from Texas and the model I ordered weighed 2200 lbs and with the options I wanted 2350 lbs. *** posted 1490 lbs on the tracking number invoice November 15th. I spoke with my credit card company and texted your business and let you know I will refuse delivery when it arrives Friday. You said you will refund my money except for shipping it back and I explained I should not have to pay for shipping because it was not what I ordered. You said you want this to go to arbitration. My credit card company told me since it was an internet purchase, I should not have to pay return shipping because you did not sent the product you said you would. You sent a much lighter duty version.
We shipped the lift out to him and he refused delivery. We did what we said we would do.
