I found the prices on the website to be quite competitive, so I ordered a full rack kit for my carThe order consisted of multiple unique items, and when it arrived, one set of the "landing pads" were missingI promptly submitted a complaint via emailI never received a response, but within hours, I received a notification via UPS that another package from Rack Attack was en route and it was being sent overnight to make up for itWho needs apologies when actual service is prompt and stellar? Will definitely go through this site again if I need to make another purchaseAlways nice to see a company that is working hard to maintain a solid reputation

Unprofessional business that does not provide customer service and flat out pointed the finger at me, then went back and lied about what had happen the day they sold the product and when I called him out on the issue. Refused to contact a manager and told me it was my job to contact a manager. BE careful!!
