I am responding to the complaint made on 12/31/2015. The client [redacted] came into the salon asking to have her hair done and also provided us with a picture as reference. The first time [redacted] came in to get her hair done she left the salon happy. She left with her hair completly styled there for being able to see the final color result. The next day she came back accomplanied by her mother complaining that someone in her household had made some comments on her hair needing to be lighter. [redacted] agreed to letting Maria attempt at getting her hair lighter to make her happy. Maria again took her time trying to reach [redacted]'s goal with her hair without damaging it. After two hours of attempting to lighten the hair which does take a while [redacted] then started to say she "had to go". I am slightly confused as to why [redacted] claims there was "lack of communication". Both times [redacted] was in the salon she herself spoke spanish and english to us, and when her mother came in she spoke soley spanish to me at the front desk. I as the salon manager hope to satify every client that comes in through the salon doors. Knowing that is unrealistic, I still strive to do my absolute best to acheive this goal along with my fellow co-workers. Thank You, Rachel's Hair Salon 281-345-1151
