Review: Ordered a product 2 months ago - 30/4/13. Was quoted shipping at $150 and told product was ready to be shipped. No contact was made for days until I emailed asking if the product had been shipped - response was that shipping was going to cost more. I payed the balance a few days later and was told I would be contacted with tracking details shorty. After numeruous emails sent by me to find out what's going on, requesting a little more effort to chase things up and then later asking for my money back with no response, I finally got a response saying that the product was being fabricated and would be sent at the start of the following week - 10/6/13 and I would be emailed the tracking details when they had them - so in the few days it took me to pay the balance of the shipping costs, I can only assume they sent my product to someone else.It is now july and I still have no tracking details or product and again have sent emails with no response.Desired Settlement: I want the product I ordered 2 months ago without delay.
