Review: I am requesting a return of my payment against invoice #99 for the purchase of custom fabricated wheels.
Timeline
+ 10/19/15 – Order place for wheels, vendor advertised 21 business day turnaround
+ 10/20/15 – Vendor communicated that drawing of wheels would be provided to verify fitment [drawing was never received]
+ 1/25/16 – Initiated refund request on basis that drawings had not been received and that item has not started fabrication
+ 1/26/16 – Vendor stated that refund was approved and would be issued within "a day or two" [first failed attempt]+ 1/27/16 – Confirmed that I desired to proceed with the refund+ 1/31/16 – Refund request sent to vendor via paypal [no response]
+ 2/3/16 – Vendor confirmed refund "was being processed" and that it would be posted by end of the week, Feb 5th [2nd failed attempt]
+ 2/8/16 – Vendor communicated [again] that refund would be posted in 48 – 72 hrs
+ 2/11/16 - Refund has not been initiated and vendor phone is going voicemail. [3rd failed attempt]
Summary
I am requesting refund for an item that was never fabricated, shipped, or received. I have not taken possession of any physical asset associated with this transition. It has been 112 days since the original transaction date and 14 days since requesting a refund. I am simply requesting the full refund of my payment made on 10/19/15 in the amount of 1,892.63 USD. This request is made on the basis that I have not received the item I originally purchased, this item is not in production (as communicated to me on several occasions), and no longer wish to proceed with the business arrangement / transaction.Desired Settlement: I want my money back.
Race Tech Motoring has received payment for an item (4 months ago) and have not provided promised drawing, started fabrication, and have stated they will provide refund several weeks ago.
