This complaint is based off of a major lie, I have witnesses that I offered to fix the issue then and there, she refused to let me fix the siding witch would of taken me minutesi offered times, once while at her house, once when she called me, and the 3rd when her boyfriend called me, each
time they refused to let me fix the issue, since a quarter of the tree branches where over into her property, I got permission from her to cut the branches over her property and over her roofWhen I assumed I did damage that I did not see done or no one else saw done, I offered to fix it for freeShe has damage elsewhere on her siding with caulking as the fixSo technically, there is no evidence I did the damage, but I was more then willing to fix itIf *** *** continues to lie, I will then legally charge her for all the free work I did with the tree branches over her property, I never offered to do it for free, but at the time had no desire to charge herLook at my history, no complaints in years, and now a $fix if a contractor does it (my customers son in law offered and is licensed and bonded) and she wants $200.00? it is a minute fix, my partner can do the fix, and hours of me and my partner we charge $I do not appreciate a gold digger ruining my companies good nameThis complaint is not valid, I offered times to fix the issue, her and her boyfriend refused ! I have witnesses, my partner, and my customer who hired me both heard my offer to NicoleSince she refused I am no longer liable, plain and simple, even though I kept offeringI am no longer responsible for damage that no one saw done, I assumed I may of done it, I offered to fix it, she refused, now it is her problem
