R.A.C. Tree Service

The owner of said business trimmed a tree in the front of my mother's house and part of the agreement was for him/his crew to discard the trimmed branches from the home. After one week, the branches are still remaining in the front lawn. He was contacted a few days after trimming the limbs and he verbally assured my mother the branches will be picked up the day they talked, but he lied. He no longer answers the phone, nor does he call us back.
