Any landscape work to fill in on the sides was also not part of Rabine's contract. Homeowner had sealcoating scheduled with [redacted] Paving and then cancelled the day prior. Rabine Residential installed the driveway in July 2012. [redacted] Paving has not done any work for this homeowner.
