Sorry you didn't have a great experience with our office. We try to make every effort to accommodate each patient's needs. We know that life is unpredictable and that's why we don't charge a short-notice cancellation fee the first time it happens. Instead, we take that opportunity
to review our office policy with our patients. Fees may be waived a second time for unexpected emergency situations. Therefore, we will waive this fee for you
