received your notification that a
complaint was filed on November 3, 2015 against Rabena Brothers Inc. The
Complaint was filed by [redacted] who resides at [redacted], Clifton
Heights PA and assigned ID number [redacted] purchased one of 10 new
homes that were constructed by [redacted] (the builder) Rabena Brothers Inc. was the
property owner and not the builder.
The first part of her complaint references an  A/C leak in
June. This was caused by a restricted condensate line. A small portion of the
carpet did get wet. We responded immediately, corrected the problem, installed
floor fans to dry the area, clean the area with a mold inhibitor and
replaced a section of the carpet.
The second part of her complaint is with the heating system.
[redacted] is the HVAC company that installed the system. [redacted] has been out to [redacted]'s house numerous times to address
issues she had with the heating system. Temperature readings were taking at all
registers and were within the proper limits. The HVAC system is size
correctly, installed per manufacturers specifications and functioning properly. I
think [redacted] is not familiar with a forced hot air system and thinks the
system is not working properly. We have addressed all issues and many non-issues [redacted] has had since she moved into [redacted]. We believe this complaint has no basis.Please contact me if you need more information.Regards,Nicholas R[redacted]

We will have an independent HVAC contractor inspect the  System at our expense.
