Corners Area and takes pride in providing our customers with quality and reliable service. Our technician was dispatched to your home at 8:00 am on January 14, 2015, for an estimate on a new tub. A trip charge of $49.50 was charged for arriving at your home. An estimate was given to you to repair your tub/shower faucet for the amount of $129.50 an attempt was made to repair it, as well as repairing your lavatory faucet with  a new cartridge. At that time the technician recommended the tub/shower faucet be replaced due to the cost of replacing the stems and the seats. Upon leaving both faucets were not leaking. You were charged $185.88 for this service.R.A.
