I signed a contract with *** Cress to add an addition to my housePlans were drawn which included windows, doors, sun tunnel, sky light, complete house paint job including new addition, and if I removed the deck( which I did) he would include painting the interior of the additionUpon signing the contract I paid $21,787.50, ( Aug2016) and when project started I paid another $18,(He said the "project would be complete in 5-weeks" After months of problems, with him stating "trapazoid windows, door, sky light, sun tunnel not included in contract, which meant I had to purchase them There was also an allowance for sink, shower stall, vanity, shower head, faucets, which I purchased, and was never given credit forThey severed the electric to an out building which was never reconnected, and he ended up leaving the job with approximate $15,000- $20,unfinished workA second contract was written by me in Dec which he signed stating he would finish the tr
