The consumer call me and stated that the car is not repaired, still has the same problems and she wants the business to pay for repairs by another repair shop.Reopening complaint and sending it to the business

the consumer was upset because it took an extra day to fix and pick up the vehicle The consumer is in possession of the car

Response taken over the phone: We had the car for a couple of days and fixed the issue

Business states that they have fixed the vehicle several times, have repaired brakes times Also have told both the consumer and his mother that they can use his extended warranty to have the car fixed by any authorized dealer As of now the vehicle has been in an accident and the
consumer thinks that we are responsible for the damage that was caused by accident

Business stated that the vehicle is in the shop being repaired now

Business states that they exchanged cars last week Consumer picked up 3/9/

Consumer called and stated that the business gave him all his money back

Called business and spoke with Bob. He stated that the consumer gave a deposit of $for a vehicle in which we said that we would get from auction. After we got the car, he had problems getting insurance for the vehicle. He stated that he wanted his money back. We gave
him $and told him that the $was for our time and going to get the vehicle and holding it. Our policy is no refunds on deposits and it is posted on the wall and on the receipt

Business stated that he took care of her issues

ACCORDING TO COMPLAINT THIS IS COMPLETELY FALSE.  WE TOLD HER IN ORDER FOR HER TO HAVE HER INSURANCE IN HER NAME THAT SHE HAD TO BE ADDED TO LOAN.  HER FRIEND HAS HAD THIS LOAN FOR OVER A YEAR.  SHE WAS VERY AWARE THAT SHE WAS ON THE LOAN.  HER FRIEND WAS NOT MAKING THE PAYMENTS...

AND SHE WAS NOTIFIED BY LOAN OF THE DELINQUENCY.
