R Z Contracting

Review: This contractor took my funds, in the form of 5 draws from my bank, and was supposed to pay its sub contractor for alarm installation. It is a required per our contract. They refuse to pay their sub. Basically, I've given money to my contractor to pay his sub, but has chosen to keep the funds himself. 3,500.00. This wrong and unfair. I even consider it theft, as this is all stated in a signed building contractDesired Settlement: I want them to pay the subcontractor immediately, or refund me my OWN money so that I can pay them

Good Afternoon [redacted], I am writing this letter in reference to the slanderous complaint sent to the Revdex.com by [redacted] had agreed to take over the alarm installation contract in exchange for additional work which was not included in the scope of the project which is why the contract is between [redacted] and [redacted] and not [redacted] and R Z Contracting. At closing of this project months ago [redacted] proposition two of our leader carpenters to leave R Z Contracting and work for him directly. Just two weeks ago we received a phone call from one of these employees which was inquiring about his job back and his reasoning being that [redacted] has run out of money which in result has run out of work for him.
