Review: Did repair on hot water boiler including replacing parts. A part replaced apparently was defective once heat was turned on. Called for five days straight to inform Mr. [redacted] of a continuous water leak with the installed part and was put off. He was always in the middle of emergency, stated my problem was no big deal and would make an appointment for the next day. Mr. [redacted] never showed up nor called back to make another appointment with me to rectify the problem of a water leak. Finally after 8 days of this I called another plumber to solved the problem, costing me additional money to replace a part installed by Wilson Plumbing.Eventually Mr.[redacted] got around to calling. I explained what had happen and he claims his parts and labor are guarantee for a year and I should have called him and not someone else. Apparently Mr. [redacted] has a memory problem. I requested a full refund for parts and labor and have the defective parts to return to Mr.[redacted]. No further attempt by Wilson Plumbing has been made. I would like to resolve this issue. Please advise if there is a state agency I can take this to if necessary. Thank youDesired Settlement: Full refund for part and labor for service perform. I have defective part to return.
