I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[redacted] refuses to return my call. I just called her again today. I need to know the name of the sealant. Is earth friendly the name of the sealant? Was this a spray?
R.Williams did damage my concrete walkway. I have never had a landscape company at my house since the first plants were installed 15 years ago. Williams damaged my concrete. Do not blame someone else for the damage.

Review: This paving company re-surfaced my driveway in 9/13. The worker damaged my front walkway. I called the company several times. No one responded Finally someone answered the telephone. I had additional problems with the surface of the driveway.
[redacted] came to my home. I discussed the situation with her. She stated that the rough places in the driveway were due to my car tires. That did not happen with my original driveway in 1999. She offered to re-seal the driveway without charge. My front walkway was not repaired and the rough places in the driveway have increased in number.
I have called the office number numerous times, but no one has returned my call. I have written letters and have not received a response. [redacted] blamed that on the Post Office.
I want to know what kind of sealer was used on my driveway. It is my understanding that one type sealer can precipitate a certain kind of cancer.
I want my driveway done properly and my front walk repaired.
