Review: This company has the worse accounts payable/receivable dept ever! At the beginning I had to beg for a bill and it took several weeks just to get the bill. Once I received it I needed to pay it quickly as it was for a home that I was selling and they needed proof that the bill was paid prior to closing. I tried to pay via phone using my debit card but the person kept doing something incorrectly as it wouldn't process my card (and there was way more than enough to cover the $250 bill in my checking acct). I then turned around and mailed out a check quickly. A few weeks later I got an invoice and then another two weeks later received yet another invoice. I called into the office and they verified that my $250 payment had been received. WELL TODAY... I just got a phone call looking to collect $250 AGAIN! They left me a voicemail so I turned around and called them back immediately and the person that answered said yes it's already been paid 9/4/2015 and not sure why I'm still getting calls (I haven't had any additional invoices since september). I will NEVER use this company nor will I ever recommend them to anybody! POOR service!!!Desired Settlement: I just want this company to stop calling me and to finally get their A/R updated correctly!!! This company has taken up way to much of my time and I feel at this point they owe me some $ for my time!

Response:
Thank you for bringing
our attention to this matter with [redacted] We have done an investigation and have found
that the invoice was sent to Ms. [redacted] in a timely manner. When she called in to pay her invoice via
credit card the system would not allow the card to be processed. Her account was inadvertently billed twice
causing the second bill to be mailed out and later prompted the collection call
when the duplicate bill was not paid. We
have been training two new office staff members over the last couple of months
and feel this is the cause of the duplicate billing error. We have corrected the billing discrepancy in
our system.Thank you,[redacted]
