R & W Container

We ordered a dumpster and it was set on May 6, 2020. (we had a one week contract) We paid $425 for the dumpster for a week. On May 26th, 2020 I called R&W and asked that they come move the dumpster since it had been 20 days and we had purchased a new camper and needed the space. On Tuesday when I called, I just asked that it be moved by the 28th. They showed up on Thursday after a 3 inch torrential rain to pick it up. The R&W truck got stuck in our driveway and yard and had to call a tow truck. After all was said and done, our driveway and yard were torn up. I sent the company pictures of the damage on May 28. On June 2, I sent a message asking "Will someone be coming out to fix this?" I got a response that stated "since someone called in and requested the box be picked up by the 28th and never called back to state other wise we are willing to fix the yard if you are willing to pay the tow bill." I responded "we only rented the box a week. Just forget it and forget our business."
Our normal trash day is on Tuesdays. I have paid $85 for trash service until June 30, 2020. They have refused to pick up our weekly trash that I have paid for.
