Sent: Tuesday, November 15, 2016 2:44 PM Subject: Revdex.com Caae# [redacted] We installed a dishwasher for Ms. [redacted] on Tuesday, 10-25-2016. Ms [redacted] called the afternoon of Friday, 10-28-2016 stating that the dishwasher was leaking. We sent an installer around 5:30 that sameday to go and check install....
Dishwasher was leaking from defective waterline. Installer turned off customer water source and removed waterline and told customer that he was taking waterline to bring to office and office would call to set up replacement of waterline. Installer that checked install was not installer that installed dishwasher. We spoke to Ms [redacted] on Monday, October 31 stating that we had to make an appointment to go out again to her home with original installer to check out damages and once we went out there we could determine which way to proceed. She set an appointment for Tuesday, 11/01 for after 6:00 pm with installer and a [redacted] representative. Once we went out installer filed a claim with his insurance company and [redacted] from [redacted] insurance is already dealing with claim and is going to assign an adjuster to go to Ms. [redacted] home to access damages. Ms. [redacted] has already been called by Mr. [redacted]. Ms. [redacted] was upset when she called office. Office staff tried to explain that everything would be taken care of but that we had to follow a process. Installer that installed unit and [redacted] representative needed to go to her home to determine how they were going to process claim since they had not been to her home to access damages. When Ms. [redacted] stated she was calling [redacted] again we tried to explain that they were already aware and the process would be for [redacted] to call us again and since we had already arranged to go to her home she did not need to call them again. If you have questions or need more information please call office. Sincerely, RWB Installations
