R. Volker Waterproofing

I only write this so somebody else doesn't have to go through what happened to me... This was the WORST experience I ever had with a contractor. Work was awful, Estimates were way off, Work was NOT COMPLETED. Proper Permits were Never Secured? I have no axe to grind with anybody. Work is difficult in the French Quarter, I now "get-it" but you Can find honest people. I'm glad I did to help clean up the mess I was in for quite a while with this guy.
